john shea

John Shea began tattooing in 2001 and has been a working artist for over 20 years. His work is defined by bright colors and bold designs, and he loves helping people have a great experience getting tattooed. 

​He completed his undergrad work in ceramics at Towson University, received his Masters from the School for American Crafts at RIT, and co-founded a nonprofit tool library and maker space in Baltimore, MD.

​John has lived all over the US and Central America. He is a husband, a skateboarder, a surfer, an artist, and a craftsperson.
